Registration Fee

The Registration Fee is payable at the time an application is submitted and is non-refundable. This fee is used to pay insurance fees and administrative costs. 

Tuition and Fees

All tuition and fees are subject to annual adjustment by the Board

• First Month: The first month’s tuition is payable July 1^st (or at time of enrollment if after July 1^st) and is non- refundable unless the Vice President of Membership is notified by August 1^st. Members are sent information and a request for payment prior to July 1^st. 

• Last Month: The last month’s tuition is payable September 1^st (or the first month of membership).

• Monthly Tuition: Monthly tuition is payable on the first (1^st) of each month and becomes delinquent after the tenth (10^th) of the month. After the tenth of the month, a late fee of one additional dollar per day is charged. If the Treasurer is informed by the tenth of the month that a payment will be late, the late fee will be waived. When tuition has been delinquent for one month, membership may be terminated.

• Late Enrollment: The full month’s tuition is due for a child entering between the first and fifteenth of the month. One half of the month’s tuition is due for a child entering between the sixteenth and last day of the month.

• Membership Termination: In the event of membership termination, the following policy provides a month for EPCP to find a replacement: 

• The full amount of Last Month tuition (paid in advance) is returned with at least a 30-day notice given to the VP of Membership.
• 50% of the Last Month tuition is returned with at least 15 days notice given to the VP of Membership. 
• No refund with less than 15 days notice. 

 

Mary Kay Johns Tuition Discounts

Mary Kay was a teacher at EPCP for ten years before she died of cancer in 1987. A tuition discount fund was started in Mary Kay’s memory. EPCP offers three Mary Kay Johns tuition discounts of $15 each per month for a maximum of six months to families with financial need. Applications are available from the Treasurer or in the classrooms, and all information is confidential.

 

 

Tuition Discounts

Sibling discounts are provided for siblings enrolled in different classes. The discount is $15 per month off one student’s tuition. For siblings in the same class, there is either a $15 per month off one student’s tuition or a reduction in the amount of workdays (reduced to 1½ days for every 2 days). This is decided at the beginning of enrollment.
